The Sandlot,
The Sandlot is a movie about a kid named Scotty Smalls who moves into a new town and tries to make new friends. He tries to make new friends by joining some kids who play baseball in his town. They dont accept him at first and pick on him and call him names. Then finally one day one of the kids from the team (Benny) helps him to throw and catch the ball. After that he became part of the team and got them in the biggest pickle any of them had ever got in. They lost the baseball they were playing with and needed another one so Scotty said i have one so he went home and got it. But he didn't tell them it was signed by Babe Ruth and when he hits it over the fence in center field and thats where the beast lives they have to try and get it back. the beast is a huge maneating dog and they try and come up with ways to get the ball back. And when all else fails Benny gets up enough guts and hops over the fence to get the ball and when he does the dog hops the fence and chases him through the town. they end up getting the ball and Scotty's Babe Ruth signed ball is saved.
